Inverters provide the necessary power for emergency lighting if utility power is unavailable. Isolite inverters charge battery banks from utility power, discharge batteries to generate power in an emergency, and then transfer back to the utility power when available. Inverters also monitor the state of the utility power, automated code compliance and are more cost-effective than other solutions. Isolite offers small, medium, and building-scale inverters.
The Isoilte E3 is a 300 – 550 VA inverter. It has a fast transfer system compatible with all lighting loads, including LED and HID. The smart self-diagnostic circuit retains and logs data, and the UL is listed at a 90-minute run time. There are three separate field selectable outputs: normally on, normally off, and switched. This inverter's compact housing makes for easy installation and comes with an optional wall mounting bracket. The programmable settings are made for easy use, and it comes standard with an audible alarm.
