Product Details

Emergency lighting systems provide necessary illumination for facility occupants to access safe passage from a structure when standard lighting fails. Battery-supported emergency lighting illuminates the quickest and safest route to exit a building during a power failure. Building codes require that stairways, corridors, and egress points be lit in the event of a power failure.

The ELN NEMA 12 27-140 Watt Emergency Light features 20 gauge steel housing with full welded corners and a durable gray powder-coat finish. This unit is fully gasketed to meet the NEMA 12 applications rating requirements and is designed for use in hazardous indoor applications. The ELN is ideal for dust, dirt, lint, fibers, dripping water, or condensation applications. A sealed external momentary test switch with a dual diagnostic LED indicator displays AC presence and Hi-Charge status. This fixture features a “Pulse Switching” charger that provides the ideal charge conditions for optimum battery performance and life and includes a maintenance-free, sealed lead calcium battery or nickel cadmium battery. Two fully adjustable, top-mounted Par 36 style lighting heads in high-impact thermoplastic are included, and additional lamp types and wattages are available for the lamp heads. The external four-hole mounting system ensures proper and secure installation with minimal cabinet intrusion, and the front access panel is hinged for trouble-free installation and ease of maintenance. The ELN is UL listed and has a 90-minute run-time.
