Product Details
Emergency lighting systems provide necessary illumination for facility occupants to access safe passage from a structure when standard lighting fails. Battery-supported emergency lighting illuminates the quickest and safest route to exit a building during a power failure. Building codes require that stairways, corridors, and egress points be lit in the event of a power failure.
The ELH 120-360 Watt Emergency Light features a 20 gauge steel cabinet with a durable, white powder-coat finish. This high-capacity model supports total loads of up to 360 watts or provides for extended discharge periods and has a unique locking twist-collar that securely holds the lens for quick and easy re-lamping. The ELH provides 24-volt units for reduced voltage drops over longer cable runs and can power multiple remote heads. A maintenance-free, sealed lead calcium battery or a nickel cadmium battery is included in this unit with short circuit battery protection. Brownout detection ensures emergency operation during periods of low-line voltage, and a line latch prevents the discharge of the battery during installation. The ELH provides reliable performance and has a UL-listed 90-minute run-time.
