The tamper-proof design includes a rugged, full-enclosure acrylic cover that snaps permanently over the frame with no visible fasteners to provide durable reliability. This non-electrical exit sign features illumination from a light source of glass tubes internally coated with phosphor and filled with tritium gas, a natural hydrogen isotope. The 2040-95 is approved for low-level or above-door instillation. This UL 924 listed exit sign is easy to install and is ideal for damp, wet, hazardous, and extreme temperature applications.
