Product Details

Clearly visible exit signs and emergency lighting help direct people towards safety. In the event of an emergency, lighted exit signs help protect individuals by illuminating the emergency exits and allowing patrons to leave the facility safely. Exit signs and emergency lighting also provide first responder assistance by clearly illuminating doorways as they navigate through a building. Keeping employees and patrons safe is the responsibility of building owners. Properly illuminated emergency exit signs and emergency lighting are vital components of any emergency preparedness plan.

The RWL-C Wet Location Thermoplastic LED Exit Sign features high-performance, premium-grade, ultra-bright white round LED emergency lamps. The UV-resistant polycarbonate faceplate, integrated gasket, and high impact corrosion resistant thermoplastic ensure protection, performance, and reliability during an emergency. The RWL-C is UL listed for wet locations and includes a 3.6V long-life, maintenance-free, rechargeable nickel cadmium battery and a fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger that initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 24 hours. An internal solid-state transfer switch automatically connects the internal battery to the LED board and LED lamp heads for a minimum of 90-minute emergency illumination.
